  Item received was as "pictured" but the description was POOR. Most all other sellers of these brackets sell them in pairs. The package shown in the picture says FACTORY CERTIFIED PART"S" even in French! So I can only give 2 stars for description. $4.50 for shipping seems a bit much for such a tiny item (and for just one). Shipping time was fine. Other than that, a good purchase.
