  Seller was very kind, and shipped the order one day after I placed the order. Only down side was that the nylon wrap on the phone was torn, and the phone was already set after the initial setup so it was used before it arrived. After resetting and testing out EVERYTHING I didn't find anything wrong with it and decided to keep it, I was also able to easily install google apps and had no issue with it since I got it last week.
