  At first, the product was damaged during transport (definitely NOT the seller's fault, they packaged it very well, but mail services are a gamble), so naturally, I contacted them, and they offered to fix it, which they did while providing updates regarding the final repair and shipping containment to prevent a repeat in damage during transport. Overall, despite a small hiccup, I'm extremely satisfied with them and their product.

  A truly outstanding +++++5 Star experience! Out of everything I ever ordered the shipping here was by far the best. The coin came in a lovely wooden cigar box. A very appreciated surprise as I greatly value these little things. That aside the shipping itself was very fast and arrival safe. Perfect quality, excellent condition, new from the mint appearance. A truly ++++++5 Star perfect experience if ever there was one. Exceptionally highly recommended seller!

  Great item—fits the Leatherman’s fittings perfectly. Packaging seemed a bit much for such small and durable tools, which might have caused some shipping delays coming to the western US (and a smaller padded envelope with a couple of pieces of recycled card stock might save the seller some $$ in shipping costs). But, still a highly recommended tool and seller.

  Thank you for your purchase and support! Smaller envelopes we sent were sometimes damaged by sorting machines or delivered to the wrong mailboxes, creating a "ghost shipment" where tracking shows delivery, but the package isn't received. To avoid this, we use larger boxes that don’t fit standard mailboxes. I also don’t believe mail delays are caused by package size; all mail tends to be delayed during this winter season.
