In addition, when I got in touch with this seller she advised that she would send me a second palette as the first had not arrived at that time and that I could keep both. I would happily buy from this seller again in the future.

And made sure I could return the item for a refund. Many companies wouldn't be as quick to resolve so I rate them highly. Pity I can't use the item they sent and had to return - delivery was quick and they didn't mess me about ��
