    After waiting nearly 3 weeks (seller took 11 days to ship), poster arrived in a thin cardboard container that was ripped, resulting in creases all along the front of the poster. I requested return, and after a few days, seller finally responded with a discount offer. I refused and again requested return. After 5 days, seller still did not reply, and I had to get eBay to get me a refund. A very unpleasant and time-consuming experience.
