    Item is exactly as described and shipped fast, unfortunately seller used FedEx who decided to send it via a circuitous almost 1000 mile route that took 5 days when I live 100 miles and 1.5 hrs from the shipping point. Thank God the generator was packed well from the factory as it had been dropped so many times the large bottom Styrofoam tray was in 5 pcs and the top one was also broken.     Unfortunately, the seller was not able to deliver the generator due to California CARB rules. Not the seller's fault, but rather my own fault, as I didn't read the small print. Good communication and a very quick refund of the entire purchase price. Will definitely buy from again.

    A lot of research & this generator meet all requirements w/great reviews. Power equipment direct had great communication & professional. Shipping was prompt. Generator was packaged well & strapped to pallet. So far has worked  flawlessly & have been impressed with its performance so far. Delivery was professional & polite. Only issue was tracking. Couldn’t get any info from shipping company for delivery. Thankfully I was home when delivered or I might not have a new generator to review 😬.
