Thank God the generator was packed well from the factory as it had been dropped so many times the large bottom Styrofoam tray was in 5 pcs and the top one was also broken. Power equipment direct had great communication & professional. Shipping was prompt. Generator was packaged well & strapped to pallet. So far has worked  flawlessly & have been impressed with its performance so far. Delivery was professional & polite. Only issue was tracking. Couldn’t get any info from shipping company for delivery. Thankfully I was home when delivered or I might not have a new generator to review 😬.
