  I received the device exactly as described. The seller communicated quickly about a minor issue and was quick to offer to make things right. I appreciated the all paper packaging making it easy to recycle. It shipped from the seller quickly even though it took a little longer than anticipated in transit.   Product is exactly as described and works perfectly. Although The product was shipped out promptly. Unfortunately the post office took their time getting it here and kept rerouting it and took way too long but finally arrived. I do not blame the seller for this. The one star review for shipping was for the post office, not the seller.

  Terrible experience. awful shipping experience blaming it on eco-friendly shipping practices in which seller is making minimum efforts to save on costs. Contacted the seller and not owning any responsibility or taking ownership. My communication experience wasn't positive with the seller. Make sure you ask for your product to be protected and wrapped in bubble wrap and ensure it's packaged correctly. I wouldn't buy from the seller.

  Definitely a unhinged buyer, this item was boxed twice with two sets of protection and it did arrive in fine condition. As it was not returned also I gave Karen a great deal but still had to Karen. If you are unhinged please shop elsewhere plus look at my good feedback it is good feedback you know.. Thanks
