    USPS does not offer $7.99 flat rate box. The item was shipped via the cheapest shipping method available to me.

    Shoes as described. Paid $16.35 for what was listed as priority shipping, instead was sent via ground under 15 oz. Quite the shipping upcharge for a light pair of shoes.

    Shoes were discounted by 33%. For me to accept the offer that low on already very fairly priced item, I had to ship via ground. I would've happily discounted the shipping and sold the item at it's listed price.

    Per Ebay policy, you can not downgrade the shipping method listed in auction because you were not pleased with selling price, ...something to keep in mind for future sales.
