  The item arrived promptly and it was well packaged. It was as described but was sadly too small for me. Too bad, as it's a beautiful pair of wool pants at a good price. I was fortunate that this seller provides stellar customer service as the EBAY servers were down when I was trying to print the return label, and the seller graciously gave me more time to complete my return. So don't hesitate to buy from this seller who had lay back, and will have yours, too.

  Arrived in a thin poly bag, thankfully unharmed, as many poly bags arrive ripped and torn. Ask seller to package securely, but obviously the seller didn't bother. Luckily, the shirt looks great and wasn't damaged. Leaving positive feedback only due to the shirt being undamaged and in good condition. Customer service clearly lacking.

  Unfortunately, I had to ask for a refund because my purchase would not arrive in time for why I decided to purchase it. Otherwise, I would have continued with my purchase until receiving it as the description and images justified it. However, upon requesting a refund it was issued immediately by the seller with no disagreement whatsoever.   As described and shipped promptly. However, seller should use more caution in packing. The package was torn open almost all the way across at the perforation and there was no interior protection - the pants were completely exposed and it's just a miracle that they weren't stained or damaged. Thanks.
