I was disappointed when the item was delivered, I found out when it arrived it was not a barbie doll , so I did contact the seller and told them , they apologies but my advice would be to them is not to false advertise their doll as a barbie . Apart from that, it was delivered on time . Thank you for that and communication was excellent.

Delivery time was good only down point is could be packaged a little better due to box having a rip in it usually it wouldn’t bother me but just thought I’d mention it as like I previously said it’s a Christmas present. Disgusting service no item 2 weeks after the die delivery date I messaged the seller last week asking where it was and was assured it had been sent and was just delayed waited till the end of this week have been messaging the seller and just getting ignored provided a fake tracking number that never registered had to ask eBay to step in for a refund not impressed save yourself that hassle avoid
