    the bottle was put in a plastic mailer and it opened during shipping spilling into and outside of the bag- arrived damaged- half of contents spilled into bag. Seller has not responded to my request for a refund even after I submitted the requested picture.

    Received a tracking number on 3/13/25. By 3/18/25, the tracking number still showed pre-shipment. I asked the seller if the item was shipped yet. I was told they would check the warehouse and if there were any issues, it would be reshipped. I asked for an update the following evening and was never responded to. The tracking STILL shows as pre-shipment. Ebay helped me get my money back, but honestly I would have rather had my order. Oh well. Will not buy with from again. Poor communication.
