Communication is excellent, PrimeWeld folks are knowledgeable and helpful. The CT520D actually received is their next generation machine with notable upgrades, better than the eBay listing description. Performs well on 220 (haven't yet tried on 110) but seems like a good choice for DIY, limited production applications, and small fabrication shops.

Shipped out date as stated, PACKAGED EXTRMELY WELL!! 3" foam incases the unit from shipping dangers. So far customer serivce has been outstanding and quick reponse!!! Order was filled and shipped quickly. Cut60 operates great. Plus this seller is a welding dealer and would be easier to deal with if equipment arrived DOA. Their Rating and buyer reviews speak for themselves. Good EBAY seller.
