    Item was described and pictured as a Greencycle brand but arrived in a plain box with no brand on it or on the toner and drum units. I bought it because Greencycle is a brand sold on Amazon and has good reviews. I have no idea who made this product or if it is any good. Item was not as described and the seller did not respond to a message inquiring why the brand pictured wasn't sent.

    Hi,all the toners we sell are of the GREENCYCLE brand, and we are the official brand dealer of GREENCYCLE. Since you purchased a combo set of toner and drum, for environmental protection reasons, we used an eco-friendly packaging box, which may not have the GREENCYCLE logo on it. If you purchase the toner or drum separately, they come in individual packaging with a green GREENCYCLE branded box displaying the GREENCYCLE brand logo.Thanks for your understanding.
