  This seller posted fragile powder makeup in a thin parcel bag from overseas, resulting in a smashed eyeshadow palette and the cardboard packaging was completely unglued and separated on the bottom. This seller blamed the carrier stating they must have dropped the item, however this product is evidently low-quality compared to the other makeup products I have. I suspect the product is counterfeit, beware of buying from this seller. I have requested a refund.
