    Seller shipped quickly and provided tracking information within 24 hrs. Seller is based in China but shipped quickly from US location to US buyer. Item was packaged very well in study box with packaging to protect item. No instructions but you probably shouldn't be trying to make this repair if you need instructions. Item works great and saved a lot of $ the stealership charges to replace the navigation unit. Would buy from this seller again+++++
