  Sending back asap. Terrible quality. Charge port is bad. Why wouldnt you guys test this prior to shipping. What a colossal waste of time. Time is money. This infuriated me to no end. Condition was not open box, as there is multiple scratches and the appearance was more like a low bar excellent condition or very good. Which is fine but not as described. The only positive is their communication which was excellent. Service was quick. But they are also bound by policy. Ebay got your back. They dont

  Per buyer's comments we were trying to fix the charging cable issue, but buyer got frustrated with the phone. A new cable would fix the issue.

  This seller is top shelf. He understands his customers and is one of the very few who actually take time to answer all questions very quickly instead of leaving us hanging. The product came and worked as advertised, and for anyone who relies on a cell phone understands, was shipped quickly. Everything I needed--including a Thank You card--was enclosed. The only glitch was that the US Postal Service managed to add a two day delay. They need to drop the word "Service" from their name.
