Do Not Fold notes beside the address alerted our postal clerk to hold the book at the counter.   The coins were in very nice condition and seller responded to a question on origin. Shipping cost was excessive. Package was delayed in delivery by post office which had the package at the city where I live from Saturday to delivery on following Wednesday - not sellers fault. Mailing envelop was torn but contents were not lost.
