    The customer service is amazing, my questions were answered in under an hour, the seller even included mounting hardware. The seller also shipped the extinguisher the day after I had ordered it. My only complaint is that the extinguisher came with a dent and scratch in the skirt, a scuff in the label, and some sort of residue that I was able to wash off. Overall, I would recommend this seller if you are looking for fire extinguishers or mounting brackets at a really good price.

    The damage to the extinguisher was not the sellers fault as there was a hole that went through the packaging and the extinguisher box. The handle of the extinguisher did also get scratched on the edge, probrally because it was sticking out a little bit from the box. The seller could prevent this from happening by adding cushioning to the package. There was a fragile sticker on the packaging, but I’m sure UPS didn’t pay attention and still threw it around carelessly.

    Outstanding price, Shipped quickly. Post office was dumb and the box had a hole torn in it after being misrouted/lost but not the seller's fault. I do wish the image reflected it's a customized private label Ansul Sentry and not factory standard. Doesn't make a difference for function but not matching the others around the house will bother me a bit.
