    I ordered 4 Gonewa watches and only received 1. I also received 2 other watches that weren't Gonewa. The fourth watch never arrived. The seller tried to get me to close the dispute before even attempting to resolve it. Which they DIDN'T by the way. This is what's wrong with buying Chinese goods. They're cheap but the quality and service is non existent. They think they can get away with it because of distance. NOT THIS TIME !

    After waiting eleven days for a package that originated in my state, I was appalled that such a fragile expensive item was simply placed into a plastic mailer. There was no effort to protect the item, (no paper, plastic, or bubbles wrap). The container was badly damaged, poking through the packaging, and the atomizer and collar ring were detached. Luckily this pricey perfume comes in an aluminum can, or it would have been shattered. But the can is now useless for storage.
