  The seller was great, good communication back and forth in answering a couple questions, the item arrived nicely packaged, just as described. Sadly, the shoes are extremely uncomfortable and I couldn’t wear them for more than a few minutes. The insoles are more like a thick plastic so anywhere that is not smooth doesn’t feel good.
