I ordered the wrong length of heater cable. I reached out to see if I could swap for the right length. Warren sent me a return label and I received the correct length cable a few days later. EXCELLENT customer service from Warren! I would say it might be helpful if you provided the layout specs so measuring would be more accurate the first time. :)

Thus sensor cord is more robust than the one that came with my floor heat kit. The manufacturer recommended a 2nd sensor in the (unlikely) event that the primary one fails. So, I buy a second one because once the kit is installed, there is no way to replace the first sensor.
