  GIVE ME FUEL GIVE ME FIRE! Wow! This seller just saved me at least $120. Messaged them prior to buying and showed them photo of OEM part. Asked if this was not a proper replacement if I could return if I paid return shipping. They agreed rather promptly. Part is in the furnace. FURNACE IS LIGHTING!!!! The item was packaged sufficiently. Shipping was as quick as can be accepted. The part was a great value AND it was exactly as described.

  Excellent brand-new Whirlpool OEM parts kit as described at a fair price. Order was processed and shipped in a timely manner. Was shipped in a loose bubble wrapped package, however, this would have been better protected if a box had been used.

  Seller was good and nothing wrong on his end....however, it gets through customs ok, to local distribution ok, Orillia, Ontario, but then the delivery driver marks the package as being delivered but I didn't receive it. Many calls later, had money refunded through eBay customer support. I have little to no faith in DHL/ASL Canada courier service...they lied to me twice and never returned calls as they said they would!
