  Items were new in case and seemed of decent quality. they were green and the cost was existent. two collars in collar length were received. I had no use, so i started a return. received messages in all caps, but my return was granted. Package was delivered but eBay had to step in to have my money refunded. Item was misrepresented, seller was less than courteous or professional.

  The item arrived in good condition, well packed. The problem was that the item had been incorrectly sized on the advertisement(so small wouldn't even fit a toddler). Therefore, we wasted time and money held at ransom. So now 2 weeks later, they have allowed us to help market there company.
