They sent regular messages updating information and apologized for USPS losing my order. It was not their fault. Two days after I was reimbursed the package arrived. I was told to keep the package. USPS took 2 1/2 weeks to deliver this. And it was coming from New York. I live in Kentucky. It takes 3 days…4 tops usually. Wish the there was an alternative to USPS

This item was advertised and pictured as willow tree, and it is not willow tree. I kept the item because I bought it for a gift and didn’t want to go to the hassle of returning it. I should have read the description better and saw that it said “unbranded “….. my fault. I was disappointed. Shipping was as expected and it was packaged nicely. customer service was fine.
