  It was cute, but very small, and I paid way too much for what I received. Not what I was expecting. This item was advertised and pictured as willow tree, and it is not willow tree. I kept the item because I bought it for a gift and didn’t want to go to the hassle of returning it. I should have read the description better and saw that it said “unbranded “….. my fault. I was disappointed. Shipping was as expected and it was packaged nicely. customer service was fine.

  My item arrived as described. It was late and did get lost by the courier so I will not blame this seller. However I do recommend that this seller choose a different carrier as the carrier chosen in this case has an extremely high rate of parcels that go missing and those that do not go missing never arrive on time. The carriers tracking is an absolute joke. The seller has been fantastic with communication regarding the transport and delivery. Thank you very much
