After contacting seller and having a missing mail search case opened, the item arrived two weeks later. Seller was in communication with every update and for that, I'm very appreciative. I gave it 4 stars due to the fact that although the advertisement indicated there is no fragrance in the package, one cannot use it without a fragrance. It therefore must be purchased separately.   I ordered 2 bars of Bravo Sierra soap. It arrived at 4 days. 1 bar of soap was opened and missing the plastic sleeve. I purchased as gifts, so I could not use the one bar.... however, the 2nd bar was as described and upon notifying the seller of the damaged bar, I was given a refund to my account immediately and seller was very apologetic. I was very impressed by the quick response and resolution.
