    Product was packaged very good. It showed up and couple days later thanks to FedEx, but the Jbl boombox 3 wifi, was just as pictured and I'm currently charging it and can't wait to hear it. I would definitely trust this seller and I'm sure i will buy from them in a heartbeat . They responded to every question i had, quickly and even had an automatic response that they were away ,and when they would be back. I'm leaving feedback before I've had a chance to play it.     I would like to thank this seller for their excellent customer service regarding my purchase, I was the victim of an unfortunate string of thefts from FedEx where my packages arrived empty. I contacted my freight forwarder and they supplied me video footage of such. I reached out to this supplier with my issue and they allowed me to return the empty package and issued me a refund. With that in mind if this seller uses another courier other than FedEx I will still patronize them. Excellent job !
