  Seller never sent our refund after we shipped item (unopened) back within hours of delivery. Ordered by mistake. Yesterday I sent a request "Where is my refund?". Today EBAY closed my ability to get a refund and stated the decision was irreversible. This was for an approximately $30 dollar purchase of tire inflation extenders. Interesting that the day after I placed my demand for finally getting the refund somehow EBAY closed the option. And there is NO WAY to contact Chinese seller.
