  Seller accepted a counter offer from me but I was still charged the full price when the transaction went through. I sent seller three messages in an attempt to right the wrong with no response. I did receive the product but the transaction was frustrating and I didn’t receive the service that was agreed upon. There are plenty of other vendors who sell similar/identical products and I would urge future buyers to contact someone else and hope for a better transaction.

  I specifically asked the seller if the part will fit my car along with a picture of where the part would be installed. Seller responded with a link to the exact part I needed so I ordered it, then sent another message asking to please confirm once again that the part that was sent is the one compatible with my car but got no response. Received the item... and it was a completely different part! I asked to return it for the correct part and instead of a response I was issued a refund.
