  Item is not like new. The description says new, but there is dirt on it and some marks. It still performs like new. I bought a red one and a blue one. The seller charged me full shipping charges, but they came in the same box. I think that in good faith there should have been a reduction in the shipping cost.

  Just as described, these 10 brand new fine art puzzles are definitely mini! The cardboard pieces look sturdy despite the size. Shipping was fast and well packaged. Great value! Can’t wait to try one to see how they look, but I have to wait to finish my current puzzle first 😅

  For buying such a cheap item, $10, the customer service I received was top notch! Great communication the whole process and when USPS mistakenly RTS'd my item they promptly let me know and reshipped it at no cost.
