  The light came damaged, but the seller was very quick to communicate promptly with me to offer assistance. Since it was expensive to ship the item, I opted to go through an auto body company to replace the light instead of ordering a new one. The price would have been great had the item not been damaged when it arrived. I would definitely order from KUIPERMOTOR again if I needed anything. They were very helpful and understanding.

  Terrible recieved Struts took too ase certified mechanic had installed $160 then had front end alignment $140 then the shop test drove one shock clanging banging said it's assembly is messed up by strut manufacturers i contacted seller offer $60 after paid $171 for pair kit i feel I'm entitled to at least have the purchase beings will not send and new one and ill ship bad one back bad ebay seller would recommend purchasing from and different ebay seller

  Item arrived VERY quickly and as described. Problem is, these newer Kaerte rack rail clamps have 6 different pieces per clamp (as opposed to their original design of 2 moving parts), so it's a pain to keep all the parts together when mounting them to a vehicle roof. This is NOT the seller's fault, obviously. Seller refunded because of this manufacturer's issue. So, fantastic seller, and definitely would deal with again!
