  Item works as described and was packaged well. My problem, which has nothing to do with the seller or the advertisement for the item, is that I didn't realize it is not identical to my original. The ad shows EXACTLY what you're getting. I just didn't do enough research before buying the replacement. I would have preferred this to be like the OEM part. The original entry keypad was hidden (blacked out) until you touched it. This one has the number panel (not the digits) visible at all times.

  I just ordered this scale hitch. They charged me, sent me an email thanking me for my purchase and said they would be shipping shortly. The next day I was contacted and told there is a problem with the item and would I like a refund ? On the same order was another item that I was told the same thing. Now I think that it’s some kind of scam. Charge my account hold the money for a short period of time then refund it. They make money on my money while they have it, and the item probably wasn’t real
