I had to purchase two items and made an offer on one, asking to reduce by the shipping cost, so I didn’t have to pay to ship two items when they would likely be shipped together. The offer was declined, and I ended up buying the items I needed at full price. They work fine and were as described. I left negative feedback purely because of shipping. Qidi reached out today and apologized and offered to reimburse more than the shipping costs. Not many companies would do that, and I appreciate it.
