It came securely sealed in a plastic wrap so it did appear to be in new, unused condition. The scent I purchased is Rosy Starlet. It is a strong floral smell that may be too strong for some people though I don't find the scent unpleasant. Shipping took longer than expected because of weather which the seller can't control. I can recommend this seller.
