  Sadly, my insurance only pays for 6 INR strips for 2 months, so I am always searching high and low for additional INR strips! QualComSol was great to work with. They kept me informed about my journey to owning the merchandise. The items were packed well and secured. I am truly grateful for this seller, as I definitely need more than 6 strips for 60 days! Insurance politics are crazy! 10 stars for QualComSol.

  Item was exactly as described. The only problem was that I paid nearly $30 for "expedited" shipping of two very small items. Package was sent by Priority US Postal packet - which probably didn't cost more than $10 to ship. The package took 4 days to arrive - which is the same delivery time for regular shipping, and not "expedited". I do recommend the seller, but I don't recommend paying extra for "expedited shipping" which was far more expensive that it should have been, and didn't arrive sooner

  I have seldom done business with a more competent, responsive, and straightforward establishment. Through troubleshooting and considering what needed to be done, they were right there with me in making decisions, which they then accomplished, within 24 hours. It seems QualCompSol has retained what once used to be more commonplace: a business that provides a necessary product, for the quoted price, on time, and with prompt and respectful communication. The experience was, simply, a pleasure.

  The item came to me in the mail with a totally different configuration that was in the picture and on the post description. Just a waste of time and money. I reached out to the seller and he said sorry they sell a few different configuration… alright well why not ship me the configuration that the post how showed in the picture and description, I just don’t understand. Yes I am returning and getting a refund. But now I had to buy a new one and Wait a week for an urgent task which so not fair.

  Explained to the customer that the manufacturer released this gate opener with slightly different versions of battery cables. The cables are not "totally different" - they are exactly the same cable with a slightly different battery terminal and they all work just fine. These are brand new cables and the listing uses the stock picture that the manufacturer shows for the part. We kindly offered a full refund with a pre-paid label and we could have replaced with the other style as well if needed
