  The camera was defective out of the box. Spent $120 one diagnosis by professional installer. I have sent the report by the installer which was apparently not sufficient for the seller, he offered half the refund for the item. I did not agree and requested full refund. The response was they will refund the item if I send it back I agreed if they pay for the postage to which there was no reply only the return address. Be aware of this seller low quality defective items does not want to refund.
