  The short of it: awesome seller! The item was shipped quickly, and was in excellent condition. After a while I noticed a problem (hard to detect and test for) and was prepared to return it. The seller immediately sprung into action to get the issue resolved. They reached out to the manufacturer and worked out a solution that by far exceeded my expectations.   Quelectronics did a great job answering my questions about the product & it's condition ahead of time. It came as described. I prefer the box not have a bunch of tape on it, but I don't intend to resell it I had recently listened to a friend's Beolit 17 & thought it was amazing. This Beolit 20 was disappointingly quiet. An internet search took me to the B&O app, where I connected my speaker & found volume was at 50%. I upped it to 100% and it's better. I would like it to be louder, though.
