  The true measure of a seller can only be ascertained when there's a problem with the order. When I received this tail light, it was defective. Rather than hassle me to send it back, he just simply trusted that I was telling him the truth and sent me out a replacement, right away.   Functional item in excellent condition. I am not convinced it was “new” as advertised but certainly a functional replacement at a good price with prompt shipping. This part replaced an OEM tail light with condensation despite drying it out.
