  Taps and die set were as described, only high carbon steel not HSS but of good quality for the price and suited my purpose. I have been "conned" by vendors before and was apprehensive about ordering from India, but Shakeel has been very good to deal with and I highly recommend him.   The package was delivered when I was not home. There was a tear in the package, and it was totally empty. Contacted the seller and he said he'd send another. A month later, no item, contacted seller again. He was not helpful. I'm out $139 + shipping. I would NOT recommend doing business with this seller.
