  Seller deceived the item received was not the coffee maker that he pictured. Very rude when I told him this was the incorrect item. He did offer me 7.00 credit so what that was not what I wanted. Then he replied try find that coffee maker for that price. Ha ha I did. Also his packing was awful see pictures. I purchased these progamable is what he pictured the other two pictures are what he sent and the condition of the box when I received it. He shipped it in a thin bag instead of another box.

  Item I received wasn't the item advertised and this is the second time I have experienced this from this seller. The first time the seller offered a partial refund and I accepted it. This time the seller made the same offer and I refused. I think this seller shouldn't be selling on Ebay. I'm out $30 and Goodwill has 2 toasters.

  The toaster I received was not the one pictured. Same brand but a cheaper model. I contacted the seller and they asked if I would keep that model with a 30% refund.I said no,I wanted the one I ordered. They then offered, for me to keep it with a full refund.I said that will work for me. So when the refund didn't come,I contacted them again.They told me it was sent. So when that never came, I had to get ebay involved. Ebay sent me a shipping label to send it back and that's when I got my refund.

  I Needed this item as soon as possible, it finally arrived but received a different, wrong item that came in a beat up box. Wasted my time. Bait and switch... They now listed the correct item, double the price. I ordered a Hamilton beach 80396 model but got a Hamilton beach 80410 model instead, with fewer features then the listed one.

  I ordered six (6) items of Refresh Digital Lubricant Eye Drops, 0.33 Fl Oz on November 23, 2024, and they were delivered on November 29, 2024. Upon inspection, I found that three (3) out of the six (6) items had already expired, with expiration dates marked as September 2024 (see attached photo). The remaining three (3) bottles of eye drops are set to expire within 3 to 6 months. Stay away from this seller for product quality and reliability.
