He did offer me 7.00 credit so what that was not what I wanted. Then he replied try find that coffee maker for that price. Ha ha I did. Also his packing was awful see pictures. I purchased these progamable is what he pictured the other two pictures are what he sent and the condition of the box when I received it. He shipped it in a thin bag instead of another box.

The first time the seller offered a partial refund and I accepted it. This time the seller made the same offer and I refused. I think this seller shouldn't be selling on Ebay. I contacted the seller and they asked if I would keep that model with a 30% refund.I said no,I wanted the one I ordered. They then offered, for me to keep it with a full refund.I said that will work for me. So when the refund didn't come,I contacted them again.They told me it was sent. So when that never came, I had to get ebay involved. Ebay sent me a shipping label to send it back and that's when I got my refund.
