  The heat pump has the in and out mis-labeled. In the picture they are not marked at all. When it arrived it had two 'out' stickers over the two pipes. We found a diagram to show us which one is 'in' and 'out'. We have not hooked it up yet to further review. It was priced very good, and shipped quick. Response from the seller is quick too.

  I was under the impression that I could return this item. When I first wrote the vendor, I was told I would be refunded 10 percent of the cost. When I sent a note that I was not happy with that offer, I was told that I would be refunded the cost as long as I paid the shipping cost, which was reasonable. However, as I said st first to the vendor, I will keep or donate the product. This vendor insulted me when they offered only 10 percent at first. I have been a long time Ebay customer.
