    Item never arrived. Had to get eBay involved. No communication from seller regarding an issue. The only communication from the seller was that my address was incorrect. I contacted the seller to inform them that this was incorrect and they said that message was sent to me by mistake and was meant for another buyer and that this item was being shipped out. It never arrived.

    Item purchased was supposed to be "fine" point pens. Seller shipped "extra fine" instead. Multiple messages remain unanswered. Seller ships without tracking. No seller address or return address provided. Seeing his other feedback comments, I strongly urge potential buyers to STEER CLEAR of this seller.

    I believe that I received 1 of 2 items that I had ordered from this seller - but I cannot be sure since the seller failed to update eBay with a tracking number for this item or for other items I purchased from them. I had sent them a message asking them to input the tracking numbers - since I had purchased this exact same item from other eBay sellers. As of now, they have not responded to my request. It was a very good deal and arrive early - which I appreciate. They need to better communicate.
