    Some of the boxes were damaged because it wasn't packaged properly. Items were shipped separately so there were multiple deliveries to my address. Some of the radios were missing audio connectors. Some of the radios were faulty. I reached out to the supplier with pictures of the faulty radios but never got a response. I would not recommend this supplier. I've had way better experience with other suppliers.

    The item is just as described and appears to be of good quality and definitely of good value. Unfortunately, the seller's English communication skills leave a great deal to be desired. It took 22 emails to get things resolved. I felt like I was dealing with a very low grade Artificial Intelligence or a very cheap translation device. Were things resolved to my satisfaction ? No. I am sure that the seller is a fine person, but, they should stick to selling within their own language areas.

    In 24 years of using ebay, I have only encountered one seller worse than this one. They don't know the details of the product they were selling, they were argumentative about accepting a return after proving their product did not work in the way I specifically asked about prior to making the purchase. I ended up having to pay for shipping the return even though the item was not as described....incompetent and crooks.
