  Item was decently well packaged, shipped quickly, and seller communicates impressively fast (within minutes of sending a message I had a response). The item was largely in the condition described in spite of USPS best efforts. I had some trouble activating the phone on my carrier as the phone came active on T-Mobile and it wouldn't take a Verizon eSim. It's my fault for not checking if the phone had a sim in it before turning it on, and nothing a few hours of Samsung tech support couldn't fix.
