About us

I am very lucky to have been able to make a business out of what was already a fun hobby, and I have all my amazing customers to thank for it! I make these myself in the southeast corner of Arizona near the town of Tombstone, and I personally & single-handedly made every single one of the over 9,000 antennas that I've sold since I started 14 yrs ago!     When I ordered this it listed "more than 10 in stock", so I assumed I should get it pretty quick. What I didn't catch was this, "item will ship in 4 business days after order is payment is secured". Which is fair enough. But we did talk and I was told he has to build the antenna first, so I was confused as to why there were "over 10 in stock". Regardless, I did receive my antenna. I ordered on the 18th and received on the 29th. It would be nice if they were more clear regarding the process.....

    The wording in the listing is "more than 10 available." The listing also stipulates the items are shipped in 4 business days from the order. This is partly because I offer about 250 different varieties in my listings, and any one of the units being ordered may sometimes have a note from a buyer asking for some certain detail to be a certain way in their unit, which can be a lot with just me making everything myself. Also partly because my real job sometimes has me away for a few days straight.

    This item was as described Shipping was quick, but the item was just rolling around in an empty box. Even a piece of wrapping paper would have been much better. I have yet to see this device make any functional difference in reception.

    This unit is not fragile. This unit is a 1:1 ratio common mode choke, which is for mitigating common mode interference from coming back down the feed line shield.
