Needless to say the pot was cracked in 2 placed clear through on arrival. Return of item complicated as I ordered for my elderly mother. She lives 2000 miles away and has no cell/internet . Getting the shipping label for return to her became a problem. I personally won't be reordering. Did receive refund.
