  Yeah, I didn’t use brand new and just exactly what I expected. However, it came with no packaging whatsoever with a shipping label stuck on the outside of the cooler. Fortunately, it arrived was just a small dent in the corner of the lid. I was disappointed, but it’s basically cosmetic. So overall, it was exactly what I wanted.
