  We ordered this rod in hopes of surprising our Daughter foe an upcoming trout trip. Unfortunately the rod came to us broken in 2 peices. The packaging was well done, someone had to have actually placed the broken rod in the box and shipped it. The seller played games with me while trying to get a refund or another rod. Their final offer was to take 30% off the broken rod. They wanted me to still pay them for trash. I had to have PayPal get involved. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

  Item was sent to me damaged. Seller is trying to counter offer a broken item without coming good for customer service. And replacing it at no cost instead they are trying to push the loss off on the customer with a low percentage, refund offer what am I to do as a customer to do with the damaged item and why should my wallet take the impact I’m the customer not them I do not recommend the seller. i’m the customer not them
